F. Vyne Bernier is a first generation Haitian-American born and raised in Boston. Vyne is the founder and owner of Be You Photos, a traveling photography company based out of Boston. In 2015 he decided to take the leap of faith to pursue professional photography on a full-time basis. Before he made the decision, he worked in early education for Boston Public School system for over 10 years. He also was fortunate enough to teach introduction to digital photography to high school students in various Boston Public Schools. Vyne purchased his first professional film camera in 1995 and has been taking pictures ever since. His true passion has always been portrait photography because it has allowed him the privilege of seeing people in a way that they sometimes are unable to see themselves. Vyne believes photography is powerful in that it grants an artist the opportunity to freeze a moment in time.

 

Be You Photos works with clients on many different platforms including weddings, high fashion and editorial shoots, maternity shoots, newborn shoots, real estate, corporate events, and several film sets. Be You Photos can be described as "feel good photography". Vyne feels that every photographer’s job is to make sure each client is comfortable, which lends itself to the business slogan of “Just Be You & We Will Do The Rest”.
